(Window Start): Fix `pos-visible-in-window-p'
return value. Third element FULLY replaced by PARTIAL which
specifies number of invisible pixels if row is only partially visible.
(Textual Scrolling): Mention auto-window-vscroll.
(Vertical Scrolling): New defvar auto-window-vscroll.
