Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(fixup_locale): New function. For now, it resets LC_TIME to "C" (reverting the 1998-08-07 change), and also resets LC_MESSAGES to "C". (x_term_init): Use it to fix up the locale after setlocale (LC_ALL, "").
