diff make-dist @ 11226:d5c5dab73f87

(lib-src): Don't copy *.lex; it doesn't exist anymore. (man): Don't copy texindex.c and getopt.c; they're deleted. (etc): Omit `e'; it's a subdirectory. (etc/e): Use `../..', not `..', to reference top level.
