(makeinfo, texindex): Targets deleted. (makeinfo.o, texindex.o): Targets deleted. (clean, dist): Don't do anything with them or with getopt*. (SHELL): Defined. (elisp.tps): New target. (elisp.dvi): Depend on elisp.tps.
