Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Handle --with-x-toolkit. Produce lwlib/Makefile. Substitute USE_X_TOOLKIT as both C macro and Make variable. If CPP has a value that is a directory, discard the value.
