Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(lm-with-file): Don't visit the file, just use insert-file-contents in temp buffer. (lm-get-header-re): Added surrounding \\( and \\) around the header, as in for lm-history-header 'Change Log\\|History'.
