(Ftty_supports_face_attributes_p): New function. (parse_rgb_list, tty_lookup_color): New functions. (tty_defined_color): Use `tty_lookup_color' to do all the work. (color_distance, Fcolor_distance): New functions. (TTY_SAME_COLOR_THRESHOLD): New macro. (Qtty_color_standard_values): New variable. (syms_of_xfaces): Initialize new vars & functions.
