Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Require calendar rather than declaring functions. (cal-menu-diary-menu): Remove menu headings that cause cal-bahai, cal-islam, cal-hebrew to be loaded on starting the calendar.
