Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Make it work for USE_LSB_TAG and !NO_LISP_UNION. (xgetptr, xgetint, xgettype): New funs. Use them everywhere. ($nonvalbits): Remove. ($valmask): Set it by calling xreload to avoid redundancy.
