(shadow-join): Remove. (shadow-shadows): Use `mapconcat' instead of `shadow-join'. (shadow-initialize): Use `write-file-functions', not `write-file-hooks'. (shadowfile-unload-hook): Remove function and variable. (shadowfile-unload-function): New-style unload function, adapted from `shadowfile-unload-hook'.
