(rx-and): Generate a shy group.
Specify `no-group' when calling rx-to-string.
(rx-submatch): Specify `no-group' when calling rx-to-string.
(rx-kleene): Use rx-atomic-p to decide whether to make a group.
(rx-atomic-p): New function.
