(checkdoc-this-string-valid-engine): Be a bit more strict to avoid matching substrings of `...' quoted vars/funs. (checkdoc-defun-info): Only look for `interactive' if alone. (debug-ignored-errors): Add "arg doesn't appear in docstring".
