Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(charset-bytes, charset-dimension, charset-chars, charset-width, charset-direction, charset-iso-final-char, charset-iso-graphic-plane, charset-reverse-charset, cahrset-short-name, charset-long-name, charset-description, charset-plit, set-charset-plist): Document them. (make-char, charset-list): Doc-string modified. (find-new-buffer-file-coding-system): Fix bug of handling the coding system undecided.
