(Semanticdb search debugging commands): Minor clarification. (Analyzer, Smart Completion, Smart Summary, Smart Jump) (Analyzer Debug) New nodes, adapted from the upstream Semantic user manual.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
