Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
The upload procedure that was described is no more valid after the break-ins. Need to describe how to upgrade AUTHORS using emacs-lisp/authors.el.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
