(ispell-command-loop, ispell-region, ispell-word): Only pop up the choices window if an error is found in the region. Don't change the size of the choices window except as needed. Don't (sit-for 0) at the start of ispell-region (i.e. don't force redisplay at the start of the region). (ispell-overlay-window): Small documentation fix.
