Clean up src/systty.h macros. * systty.h (EMACS_GET_TTY_PGRP, EMACS_SET_TTY_PGRP, EMACS_GET_TTY) (EMACS_SET_TTY): Remove unneeded abstraction, instead inline the definition in all uses.
