(scheme-mode-syntax-table): Move the nesting bit from # to |.
(scheme-font-lock-syntactic-face-function): New function, to
distinguish strings from |...| symbols.
(scheme-mode-variables): Use it. Also fix up the font-lock-time
syntax-table so that #|...|# is properly highlighted.
