* lisp/net/rcirc.el (rcirc) <defgroup>: Add link to manual.
(rcirc-print): Mark the start of text at the end of the prompt.
(rcirc-track-minor-mode): Add autoload cookie.
(rcirc-update-activity-string): Add space to front of mode-line
indicator.
