* CXTERM-DIC/CTLau.tit, CXTERM-DIC/CTLauB.tit: Delete files.
* MISC-DIC/CTLau.html, MISC-DIC/CTLau-b5.html: Add files.
* Makefile.in (TIT-GB): Remove CTLau.elc from it.
(TIT-BIG5): Remove CTLauB.elc from it.
(MISC-DIC): Add CTLau.elc and CTLauB.elc to it.
