Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(ccl-encode-unicode-font): Lookup utf-subst-table-for-encode, not ucs-mule-cjk-to-unicode. Handle the case that ucs-mule-to-mule-unicode translates a character to ASCII (usually for IPA characters).
