Update error messages for `debug-ignored-errors'.
(Info-isearch-search): Doc fix.
(Info-find-node): Move up code to go into info buffer before
recording the node to the history.
(Info-fontify-node): Fontify titles only if the next line
has two or more `*', `=', `-', `.'.
Display "go to this node" for empty (match-string 3).
