* gnus-start.el (gnus-read-init-file): Cleaned up.
* gnus-start.el (gnus-startup-file-coding-system): Removed.
(gnus-read-init-file): Don't use it.
* gnus-start.el (gnus-read-init-file): Don't force coding system
for ~/.gnus.
