Don't dereference NULL upon failed malloc and realloc.
* src/ftfont.c (setup_otf_gstring, ftfont_shape_by_flt): Use xmalloc
and xrealloc (not malloc and realloc), so subsequent heap pointer
dereferences are guaranteed to be valid.
