(auto-mode-alist): Separate "ChangeLog.1" and "ChangeLog.a" entries, giving the latter lower priority.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
