Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(framep, selected-frame, frame-char-height, frame-char-width, frame-pixel-height, frame-pixel-width, set-frame-height, set-frame-width, set-frame-size): Delete docstring of second version of each function, to avoid confusing make-docfile.
