Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(code_convert_region): Handle skipped ASCII characters at the head and tail of conversion region correctly when adjusting position keepers. Call adjust_after_insert to record undo info and adjust markers when we don't have to change byte sequence of a buffer.
