(hi-lock): Rename this defgroup from `hi-lock-interactive-text-highlighting'. Change parent group from `faces' to `font-lock'. Add link to the manual. (hi-lock-mode, hi-lock-file-patterns-range) (hi-lock-exclude-modes, hi-lock-faces): Rename :group from `hi-lock-interactive-text-highlighting' to `hi-lock'. (hi-lock-faces): Add :group `faces'.

apparently there was a big discussion on emacs-devel wrt trailing whitespace.
there was a mass-change to remove such from various branches in cvs.  probably
it's a good idea to avoid adding trailing whitespace in new code/docs and in
changes.
