(_MEMORY_STATUS_EX, MEMORY_STATUS_EX, LPMEMORY_STATUS_EX): Rename from _MEMORYSTATUSEX, MEMORYSTATUSEX, LPMEMORYSTATUSEX. All users changed.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
