(mac-font-encoder-list, ccl-encode-mac-centraleurroman-font) (ccl-encode-mac-cyrillic-font): Rename mac-centraleurroman-encoder and mac-cyrillic-encoder to encode-mac-centraleurroman and encode-mac-cyrillic, respectively.
