(CHINESE): Delete $(CHINESE_CNS). (WORLD): Add $(MISC_DIC). (all): Depends on $(MISC_DIC). (.NOTPARALLEL, .NO_PARALLEL): New special targets. ($(MISC_DIC)): New target. (clean mostlyclean): Delete also $(NONTIT), $(WORLD), $(MISC_DIC) and $(MISC_DIC:.elc=.el).
