Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(detect_coding_charset): If only ASCII bytes are found, return 0. (detect_coding_system): Fix previous change. (Fdefine_coding_system_internal): Setup CODING_ATTR_ASCII_COMPAT (attrs) correctly.
