(gdb-assembler-custom): Try to get line marker (arrow) to display in window. Correct parsing for OS dependent output syntax of Gdb command, where. (gdb-frame-handler): Correct parsing for OS dependent output syntax of Gdb command, frame. (gdb-invalidate-assembler): Update assembler buffer correctly when frame changes (revisited).
