(gdb-macro-info): New variable.
(gdb-source-info): Check for preprocessor info.
(gdb-tooltip-print-1): New function. Don't print tooltip if it is
a macro for a function.
found (user might have used GDB dir command).
(gdb-info-breakpoints-custom): Try to find file again if not already
(gdb-get-location): Update gdb-location-alist correctly for change
to gdb-info-breakpoints-custom.
