Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Make the argument list output look more like the Lisp docstrings do. (write_c_args): Take new arg FUNC. Make output look like lisp call prototypes: (function ARG1 ARG2), upcasing arg names. (scan_c_file): Pass BUF to write_c_args for FUNC arg.

This directory contains the architecture-independent files used by or
with Emacs.  This includes some text files of documentation for GNU
Emacs or of interest to Emacs users, and the file of dumped docstrings
for Emacs functions and variables.

`termcap.dat' is for VMS.  It is a copy of the `/etc/termcap' file
used on Unix.
