Change x-select-enable-primary to nil.
* lisp/mouse.el (mouse-drag-copy-region):
* lisp/simple.el (select-active-regions): Likewise.
* lisp/term/x-win.el (x-select-enable-primary): Change default to nil.
(x-select-enable-clipboard): Add :version keyword.
