(mm-mule4-p, mm-enable-multibyte-mule4, mm-disable-multibyte-mule4) (mm-with-unibyte-current-buffer-mule4): Deleted. (mm-point-at-bol, mm-point-at-eol, mm-insert-byte) (multibyte-char-to-unibyte): New.
