(mm-mime-mule-charset-alist): Require when compiling.
(mm-auto-save-coding-system): Prefer utf-8-emacs coding system to
emacs-mule.
(mm-find-mime-charset-region): Fix :mime-charset part.

`:mime-charset' property of coding systems before `mime-charset'.
