Use an explicit id for admin/unicode/Makefile.in, instead of arch-tag: Files run though autoconf end up copying the arch-tag: line (there seems no way to avoid this), which confuses arch. Revision: emacs@sv.gnu.org/emacs--devo--0--patch-1053
