Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(message_log_check_duplicate): New function. (message_dolog): Delete previous line if the new one is a duplicate. Include a counter if appropriate. Don't bother truncating the buffer until after adding newline.
