(concat): Use XCONS rather than Fcar, Fcdr--for known cons. (Fassq, assq_no_quit, Fassoc, Frassq, Frassoc, Fdelq): Likewise. (Fdelete, Fplist_get, mapcar1, Fmember, Fmemq): Likewise.
