Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(mh-invisible-header-fields-internal): Exclude Fax and Phone. Put known exclusions as comments before the list and move parens to separate lines to aid in sorting. (Closes SF 1701231).
