(rmail-summary-next-same-subject): Rewrite. (rmail-summary-delete-forward): Remove some questionable code and make summary buffer movement explicit. (rmail-summary-mark-deleted): Make sure to reflect the deletion for the Rmail buffer. (rmail-summary-deleted-p): Rewrite.
