Simplify STARTFILES definition. * s/hpux10-20.h (START_FILES): Explicitly define here instead of relying on Makefile.in to define it. * s/cygwin.h (START_FILES): Likewise. * Makefile.in (STARTFILES): Remove conditional code, not needed anymore.
