Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(get_perdisplay): Deleted. (same_x_server): New function. (x_term_init): If this display shares a keyboard with one we've already opened, then share the structure. (x_delete_display): Don't delete the kboard until the reference count becomes zero.
