(iswitchb-completions): Add check for complete match when entering a regexp.
(iswitchb-completions): Remove require-match argument.
(iswitchb-exhibit): Fix caller.
(iswitchb-common-match-inserted): New variable.
(iswitchb-complete, iswitchb-completion-help): Use it.
