Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
* Makefile.in (macosx-bundle): Fixes to Mac OS X/Carbon port to allow building in a different directory than source. Uses some GNU Make extensions, but there is no other make on Mac OS X.
