Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(enable-command): If user-init-file is nil or does not exist, default to "~/.emacs" (~/_emacs on DOS and, maybe, Windows).

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ../arch-lib.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
