* macmenu.c (MIN_POPUP_SUBMENU_ID): Added (mac_menu_show): Added support for hierarchical popup menus (add_menu_item): Removed indentation support (fill_submenu, fill_menu): Now creates hierarchical menus instead of using indentation

This directory contains the source code for the X11R2 XMenu library.

As of Release 2 of the X Window System, Version 11 from MIT, the XMenu
library no longer supported.  It is not used in any software supplied 
by MIT and its use is not encouraged.
