(read1): Fix and relax read syntax.
Recognize "[", ";", "#", and "?" after a dotted-pair dot.
Only recognize "," after dotted-pair dot if inside backquote.
Never include "`" or "," (inside backquote) in a symbol.
Allow dotted-pair dot after a character constant.
